Somewhere over the rainbow Cheshire roads on the BMW RnineT
I mentioned in my last post that my magnificent BMW RnineT had been in my local motorcycle workshop (MW Motorcycles) for its annual MoT.
A couple of days later with sunshine and bright blue sky I headed out for a short ride.
Although the shy was blue and the sunshine was bright, it was still a bit on the chilly side. Tolerable in the sun but a little too cool for my liking when out of the sunshine.
Nevertheless it was good to be out on a bike and an RnineT is good to be out on.
Somewhere over the rainbow?
OK I know it’s a bit of a random heading for a blog post about a short ride on an RnineT. There isn’t any deep or hidden meaning to it.
So why the random title then? Well it’s as simple as … I was messing about with some software and added the sky and rainbow to the picture on the left (and again in the picture gallery below)
But if you do subscribe to the idea that the sayings and myths of the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow are symbolic for the realisation of hopes, dreams; fulfilment happiness etc then maybe riding a BMW RnineT is your own pot of gold?
