Earlier this week we took Daniel, Emma & Harry to the Seven Sisters Ice Cream Farm near Holmes Chapel – I think the pictures tell their own story.
We had planned to take the children for a picnic, but unfortunately the weather was against us – but with a contingency plan in hand we had set the tent up in the dining room, all the children had to do was nip upstairs to their room when we came home, produce a sunshine picture, which they did and that you can see on top of the tent and that was it, a grand time was had.
The Seven Sisters Farm is decent enough for a short visit – and anyway who doesn’t like ice cream – the range of ice creams was good, Emma had chocolate; Pat had Turkish Delight, Harry had Strawberry and Daniel and I had the Cherry.
D still tells me he only wanted a cornet
