Traveled home yesterday from my overnight stay near Carlisle. Great weather and great roads and I came back via the Lakes. Sensibly I took the healthy breakfast option.

Went over to Bolton yesterday afternoon and took a Kawasaki Z1000 SX out for a demo ride – very decent bike indeed and an enjoyable ride. I could be tempted
