Richard and I went off to the Midlands yesterday to watch City play at West Brom – it was another fine performance and another fine win for the team. At times the first half of the game was another masterclass from City but unfortunately the weather dominated the second half and completely slowed the game down. The walk back to the car wasn’t great as we trudged through snow and ice and it didn’t make fora great drive home either but to be honest when City win on the road the journey home always is always tolerable.

The area around the stadium isnt blessed with many places to eat but we did enjoy a seasonal hotdog that to fair was pretty decent.
