Pat’s away with her sister for a few days … so I thought I’d crack on with a bit of brewing activity and put the brew-time ‘bad-boy’ to use. So bottled some Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon and started off some Strawberry, some Bilberry, some more Chardonnay and a big brew of Cabernet Sauvignon. The kitchen smelt great – and it seems that I am capable of organizing a piss up in a (home) brewery
