A damp and misty start to the day didn’t bode too well for getting out for a few hours on the bike.
I was particularly keen to get out, the weather forecast for the following days, in fact right into the following week wasn’t looking so good and as we head into October the decent days will be outnumbered by the poorer days. As luck would have it by mid morning the mist, the damp and the grey skies were clearing and by around 11:00am it was looking altogether pretty decent.
I headed off on the F800 and had a decent few hours, I didn’t cover a great deal of miles – only around a 100 or so, but the time on the bike was interspersed with a coffee and chat at my regular stop – Cafa556
All in all pleasant enough few hours out on the bike.
